Last night I had a quiet evening at home. I invited Auntie Carol and Greg over for dinner and a movie but Greg turned out not to be able to make it. I made my Mom's tuna, macaroni and cheese casserole and green beans in a balsamic dressing. I had one of my Mom's frozen apple pies that I baked for dessert. It turned out better than I thought. Not much left over though. I was able to scrape enough to take with me for lunch but there was nothing left over.
Auntie Carol and I watched Sliding Doors while we ate. She really enjoyed it and I love it because of it's interesting premise.
Tonight is just laundry and Kate said she'd drop by after work. Friday is our cruise meeting over wings and Saturday was to be a day trip to Niagara-on-the-lake. Maple leaf fudge here I come!
